5 minute plank workout


This 5 minute plank workout is a great addition to any workout and will get your core feeling tight.

Start with 1 minute full plank

30 second elbow plank

leg raise plank 30 seconds each leg

1 minute side plank  both sides

end with a 30 second elbow plank
